Client Testimony
"I am a behaviorist and personal/professional development coach. It is my purpose to assist others with life tools that can assist with self-awareness and regulation, goal setting, problem solving, and building relationships. I was at a point in my life where I realized that I had no one to do those very things for me. Who could I talk to that planted life encouraging seeds and bearded fruit that meant something to my life's journey? I was burning out fast and prayed for God to send someone who could pour into my cup.
I met Coach Tim McLean at my church who had come to hold a seminar on Mindfulness. I knew then that, yes, this was the moment! I immediately contacted Coach Tim, who was very receptive, a great listener, and easy to talk to. His approach is simple yet tactical and has helped me see things about myself that I was blind to. As coaches, therapists, and counselors, sometimes we cannot see our way due to mental and emotional exhaustion and not taking time for ourselves to apply the tools we share with others. I am very thankful for Coach Tim and have established a longtime partnership that I absolutely encourage others to adopt with him."
